Offered about 16 keys in items/mix, rejected, relatively old offer, no other offers
And there's about 8 others on the market with no offers in a long, long time.
upvote :D
13 keys is an outlier...
He wanted an ushanka. No overpay needed there. And the nuts ushanka has a 6 months old price anyways. There are lots of offers >13. Combine those 3 things and that sale just shouldn't be included.
