Most suggestions that remove the low end of a range provide proof that the price is a quicksale. Until you provide such proof, I will have to stay neutral.

You have to provide failed buyers at 1.33, since you want to remove it from the range.

Or you could show that 1.33ref is a quick-sell (from what I've seen, works better than un-successful buyers)
