Suggestion: Tour of Duty Ticket at 2.44 ref

Thank you for using my uploaded trades as evidence, but the fact that I can easily make soo many purchases represents the market is selling them for 2.33 and even 2.22 ref. These buy prices are happening with other tod buyers as well but they are not aware of a price vote occurring to ring in with their evidence.

I Still think this is a downvote with the availability of 2.22 and 2.33 on the market.

I am lucky my friend notified me of another vote again or else I would not be able to speak up for the TOD buyers who do not re-sell them for a measly scrap profit.

It is not a coincidence that all the TOD Bots and Traders alike rose their prices on outpost when the voting was opened on the previous suggestion of 2.44-2.66.

With that said, If I am successful at 2.22 ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15106447) , then I can imagine the success of 2.33 tod buyer are having, which includes all the buyers you have shown in the evidence. The current range already properly represents the market.

i still wonder why you get so many sales at 2.22 or less, when there is such an abundance of 2.33 buyers.

On anothe note, the bots were already buying at 2.44 before i made my other suggestion, and there were already alot of traders buying at 2.33.

There are sales under 2.44, but also alot of sales above 2.44.

My argument is, If I am getting so many tod trades at 2.22, I am sure the 2.33 guys are getting even more.

i myself buy them at 2.33, but i barely get them, i believe i got 1 in 2 weeks.

Those sales disprove the current proposed price of 2.44 flat

I made it 2.44 flat because it is the most traded value, 2.33-2.66 would be too big of a range for such a common traded item, there are sales below 2.44 and sales above 2.44, but i'd say 2.44 is the msot common.

This vote is raising the low end from 2.33 to 2.44 flat. You must prove that 2.33 and less is unattainable through unsuccessful trades. 2.33 and 2.22 is still very attainable based on the evidence. I got 4 at 2.22 and 1 at 2.33 in the same day. For me, those are common buy prices, but the range for backpack is 2.33-2.44 based on the evidence and current market activities.

If you play a mission you've already done, it doesn't consume the ticket when you're finished, provided that you still have at least 1 mission not completed in the tour.

Umm, how about instead of criticizing me, you find some counterproof.

I did not mean to criticize. It was meant to be constructive. I have provided plenty of evidence from my normal everyday trading of tod (excluding today, was at a wedding) that shows 2.22 and 2.33 trades occur. You may see them in the above comments.

Aye, I see that. Sorry, kind of a bad day and I'm really tired. It's not that 2.33 isn't unavailable, but it sells out REALLY quick. I've sold quite a few for 3 refined, truthfully, I just can't find it.

No Worries. I can understand that. I am sure that you can get more on the tour tickets seeing that people will run into offline traders etc. Because of the changes in this suggestion, typically people who buy tods for less can provide the evidence. All I play is MVM and since i go through a lot of tod's, I go through a lot of metal and look to buy at the older reasonable prices with success. Typically the people who are buying at 2.33 and 2.44 are the tod traders who look to make the scrap profit. They will pay more for high turnover on their tour tickets. For me, that can be seen as cornering the market for price manipulation. Just because the traders buy them at 2.44 to resell at 2.55 doesn't mean that others aren't still buying them in trade servers and other means for less.

Tickets do sell pretty quick. But this change ought to slow it down. Oh well, it's legit proof. *upvote*

This obviously gets sold from 2.22-3 ref. But 2.44 does seem to be the trade point now. And with most quickbuyers buying at 2.33 with the intent to sell for profit (2.44-2.66), it seems fair to remove that from the bottom of the range.
