Link 3 doesn't even involve a soldier soul and you need to prove that .33 ref is a quicksell/hard to buy.
0.66 is already in the range. You need to prove that 0.33 doesn't happen. I won't close this since I actually believe this is accurate.

It's very hard to find these for that low. But you'll need more evidence to support your suggestion. Leaving this up for now to see if other people can contribute some links as well.
