I think the buyers for 2 ref actually go against your suggestion, as it shows how willingly people are to buy for 2 ref...

Last suggestion was a much smaller bump and it failed to pass, and somehow a bump significantly larger is more logical? I don't see the reasoning.

From what I've seen/heard, 2.33 is still possible...

I'd leave the value as what it currently is, don't really see the need to lower it.
