well the offers and the SOLD? and either way no one is selling for 1 ref soooooo doesnt look like you have a choice if you want the hat

Sellers cannot determine the value of an item.

they can if they are all selling for the same thing and no one is selling for less? and 4/7 of the links have buyers/offers/sold at 1.33 refined or even higher. and these are all the links on outpost with prices 1.33 or lower.

point is if you want to buy this hat what will you be paying? 1.33 refined, because there is no one selling for less.

he dosent need buyers if there are solds at that price and for even higher.
