I paid a bmoc, strange holy mackerel and craft #4 Pardner's pompadour (15+4.2+7) = 26.2 keys or 1.5 buds to 2s.f You can check my trades on outpost to confirm the existence of said items. I sold my green energy tree + this for a beams tree. 6.6-5.3 = 1.3 buds, however this was kind of a quicksell, in retrospect. Therefore I suggest a flat price of 1.5, which accounts for its rarity and low-med tier effect. This may seem low compared to other PPs (notably smoking and steaming) but if you check on OP you will find lowered B/O's from the bp.tf price.

I'm sorry it's a non-wanted effect on a normally unwanted hat. 1.5 buds on a newly traded hat and it's 1 of 1 is too early to make a price suggestion. All suggestions need at least 2 proof of sales and/or c/o's and b/o's, how many hats there are, and an answer to whether they'll fluctuate too much or not.
