Here's a real suggestion for this hat.
Just to clear up:
I am putting buds at 17 keys
I am using .9 overpay from the mid-range
Link 1: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15105761 and http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15032329
B/o: 75 Keys = 4.41 Buds = 4.4 Buds
Looks like they bought it for a Nuts Batters Helm. (http://backpack.tf/id/76561198046026252?time=1380956400 --> http://backpack.tf/id/76561198046026252?time=1381215600) = 15 Keys = .9 = .8
Sale was just over 2 weeks ago.
Link 2: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15163093
B/o: 4 Buds / 75 Keys
Bought for Beams Coupe (Said here: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/526469724cd7b8e8028b456c ) = 3.65 Buds = 3.3 Buds
Link 3: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14222616
B/o: 3.5 Buds
Bought for Nuts Tree (http://backpack.tf/id/76561198061774923?time=1376636400 --> http://backpack.tf/id/76561198061774923?time=1376809200 ) = 1.7 Buds = 1.5
Sale was 2 months ago.
Sales are:
Nuts Batters: .8 - Seems like a ridiculously low price, as an outlier.
Nuts Tree: 1.5 - Old, therefore not included.
Beams Coupe: 3.3
The Coupe sale puts it at 3.3 buds.
Granted you have 3 sales, only 1 of them supports your range. You need another for this suggestion to be valid.
Why is there not a range?
You need 2 sales to create a range
