People said it needed a range even tho others said it should be 4 flat. Here is a decent range as that it has gotten offers around it.

Yeah I found out the reason why he sold it for so cheap, he bought it from a scammer and dumped it.

Also you provided some offers >the last sale which clearly shows that it was an outlier.

Imo 4 flat would have been as good as this but it's good enough.
