I needed to add a lot of stuff:

Steaming blighted beak (2,2 * 0,9 = 2 Freshly updateed price)

+ 2 buds + 13 keys = 2,75

9.5-2-2.75 = 4,75 * 0.9 = 4,3

I think a range of 2.3 - 4,3 is good for this hat. The offers are in the range and the new price is not that far away from it's old original suggested price.
