What i find funny is that the guy just posed the same suggestion was trying to raise the price because he owns one. he will be really annoyed if this is passed.

It's funny because if anything raising the price just because you own one with no evidence usually results in this, you bring the hats attention to people and then they actually properly price it then it goes down, you're better off just not pricing it if you own one.
Alternatively, price it properly - but cherry-pick the proof and ignore low sales to make it look like it's worth more.
This is better than the proofless price bump. upvoat from me, got enough to satisfy me here
