http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14428873 | sold for 11keys / multiple accepted offers @ 11-11.5keys

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15173480 | B/O 14keys

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7666264 | last offer 2month ago

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14027183 | 13keys

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14687724 | offered 15keys -> instant accepted and retracted -> seems to be an outlier offer

the 11 seems to have sold quick, possible quicksell/outlier ?

sold quick? the trade was open 3weeks

the trade was open 1 month ago, the 11 keys taken offer was 4 weeks ago, the remainder was of him trying to sell his other hat

was sold to a guy offered 3weeks ago, but you are right that it wasnt 3weeks, i checked the bp history. But he was still active in the trade after it for some reason .. anyways 1week is still not a quicksell for such a lowtier hat i think, correct me if im wrong

Most popular unusual suggestion I have seen...

And it's a Nuts Yellow Belt?

        adding another proof:

        http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15257966 | B/O 14keys

3rd proof has no new offers because the seller has a ridiculous buy out and the current offer is already set really high, no doubt it's been retracted or forgotten but it still means that anyone who looks at the trade thinks they must offer >21 keys because that's the set current offer.

1st and 4th proof sold incredibly fast for an unusual trade.

          Not enough valid proof. Downvote.

pls take a closer look at the trades and the comments here: the 2 trades were open for 3weeks and for an extrem low tier unusual it's very long. 3weeks may be to fast for unusuals @ 2buds+, but not for this hat

I was the one who bought it for 11 keys. And some minutes ago i sold it for a nuts and bolts blokes hat + 4 keys. So i think this range is still good.

              w/ overpay it would be ~ 14keys

That fits in the low end and the words "And some minutes ago..." implies that it still can sell at the current low end.

                Edit: 13 (N&B Bloke mid range) x .9 = 11.7 + 4 = 15.7 keys...
