i think the price of bills should go up because it was a free item that was available for a low amount of time and can not be found any more so there for there is a finite
amount i is like the price for any finite item it is more valuable consider this 100 years ago the price for copper was low and since we have discoverd it the price keped on going up because there is a smaller amount im not saying that this is like the bill it is just a example of how the fewer of a item there are the more expensive the said item is
