Hmm, sales here are at 7.2-8.4 and you are suggesting 8.4-10, calling 7.2 an outlier and using a b/o for your high end?
Other trades have some decent offers, I believe one was a 13th Hour Lucky Shot that could fetch ~9 due to being 1 of 1 and seems to get good offers around that price range.
