Re-submitting with a new price

I have calculated overpay, where i took the lower end of all the unusual prices

For the top end of the price I took all the sales and the offers which were reasonable and took the average from that. Otherwise it would seem to be 12.5 buds and that range is a bit too high.

I can only find 1 on the market so all the proof will be based off of those sales

Owner sold it for a cloudy moon milkman (~15.9 buds, inflated price. The price suggestion has been removed for some reason)

I did however if i placed the range from 8-12.5 buds it would be closed because the range is too large.

Yeah but it was only 1 trade so he made an average from previous trades as well.

he needs 2 sales if he wants this price to be accepted because from what it looks like, both of the sales seem like outliers. taking averages from sales is not how it works.

I did right this in the third line (not trying to be rude.)

you have to provide a sale at 10.5 buds otherwise that shouldn't be in the range. taking averages of sales isn't accurate, it looks like both of the sales were outliers.

May I ask what would you consider a better top price? There have been only 3 sales where the lowest one is half the highest one.

i would say try to find more sales otherwise you should wait until another sale so you can identify the outlier.
