Buyer Catguy admits that orbiting fire Janissary Ketche (15-17 keys) plus the white paint
Price just needed an update. It's been 4 months.
Did you take into account unusual overpay? The way to account for unusual offers is as follows-
Price of Unusual*0.9
Use this formula on all of your unusual offers, however overall pretty good proof. Upvote
Thank you.
being offered 15 keys is in the current range and paint docent change the price on a unusual and selling =/= sold
What do you mean paint doesn't change the price? Oh here's a 15 dollar unusual and the paint you can have for free. I wanted 15- 15.5 originally. But it's 16 when it's submitted.
would you pay 13keys for a white unusual when its worth 11 keys? no you wouldn't and no one else would either
I'm only considering 1/2-2/3 price of paints on a hat.
the point is paint dosent affect the value of an unusual hat
sure, a key doesn't do anything. No one would pay 1 key for 2 keys of paint.
yes for unusual it docent even ask mods plus disliking my comment and liking the comment that is helping you docent help your argument at all
Yes, because that's totally me.
And for a quickseller like you, I wouldn't expect you to value the price of paint anyways.
what are you on about i do value paint just not on unusuals and i barely ever quick sell in fact its the first time i have -_-
On very low priced unusuals it DOES make a difference. Just like on bills when they were 8 keys paint added value, so why shouldnt it add value to an under 1 bud unusual? Paint only starts to not matter at around a bud, below that it definately is a factor. Let me ask you something
Would you take the unpainted hat or the white hat if both were the same price?
i said for unusual hats even ask mods paint does not affect the value of unusual hats so you example on the bills is invalid and this hat is around a bud lol
Backpack.tf still calculates the value of paint into an unusual hat's worth, and they put it at 85% paint value. Calculating in 50% or less of the paint value is very reasonable on a hat that's only worth 7x more than white paint
please show me how bp.tf calculates the value of paint into an unusual hat's worth, ill save you time. it dosen't
1. Use unusual overpay (low end or price*0.9). Smoking Steel Toe becomes 12 or 13 keys.
2. It is generally agreed on that paint does not add any value to an unusual, even when it is a low tier (I made that mistake my first suggestion) By your logic, you should be subtracting 1 key from all the offers you got to compensate for white and black paint. Special levels don't add anything either.
3. People's opinions don't matter. Catguy's opinion does not affect the price of an unusual.
4. You have no sales. Unusual suggestions can't be based purely on offers. (Except in some extreme cases)
5. Your range makes no sense. 15-15?'
Downvote.
Please change the 15-15
It was 15-16 when I saw it.
why not just a solid 15 keys?
