Although there are sellers for 1.33 ref, 1.44,1.55 and 1.66 are all possible.

BTW: There are only 2 pages on outpost (unpainted, craftable).

Most of these are badly bumped or like KoDoRiN said, dead accounts, although some have "added" comments showing willingness to buy it.

It doesn't matter as long in the end they actually buy the item instead of saying they want to buy the item.

I don't think there is nearly enough proof to change the price of this hat. Since people will buy almost any craft hat that they actually want to wear for 1.66.

one thing that really bugs me about outpost (and this site) is there stupid autobump for premiums. there are a ridiculous amount of "dead" trades on outpost that just keep autobumping.

There are only a small amount of trades on outpost for it.

it's not "fairly rare" at all, it's incredibly common and if i wanted i could go buy like ten of them for 1.33 from scrap.tf right now.

The only reason there aren't many being sold on outpost is because there's no point in trying to sell it for 1.33 cause you can immediately just scrap bank it for 1.33.

Well 1.33 ref is still in the range, i'm just adding 1.66 because people want it for prices between 1.33 and 1.66.

just because they haven't actually sold it doesn't mean people weren't willing to buy for 1.66.

You can find it for 1.33 on scrap.tf, but i'm not taking it out of the range. 1.66 has a good chunk of proof (most of the proof is in the comments), therefore the range.

You can find it for 1,33 in much more than enough cases. And as for me 1,66 is no go for this item. ...only if we will not consider it ugly enough to be the best halloween themed hat =)

All the years which tf2 exist were the cases of sales for unholy prices. But it is not that proof that we need to consider. You know you can sell even ellis cap for 3 hats if you are lucky enough.

scrap.tf got around 10 of em, doesn't seem like a rare/wanted hat
