Regardless of the time it took, quickselling reduces the price. The second Link is in the original price range. So what you have here is an outlier (quicksell) and one that fits into the current range.

Not true. A quicksale is a person lowering the price to sell it faster. The price was lowered and it still took a while therefore it is not a quicksale
