2 buds seem a little pushing it, considering its cancer effect, even though it's 1/1. Perhaps 1.5 - 1.7 is a bit more fitting?

Average out 1.5 and 2, you get 1.7. Set 1.5 as bottom line, then you will achieve the price of 1.5 - 1.7. Simple mathematics.

The range is a range for a reason. If this site were doing flat prices only, that might would make sense.
