      Not overly sure how 1.7 keys would better. When you think of 0.7 keys is there a refined value that pops into your head? At least 0.66 keys makes more sense since keys are worth basically 6 refined, and I'm trying to get 4 refined from the value of a key. Therefore 4/6 is why I chose 0.66 keys to be 4 refined.

          Funny you should mention that since a moderator of the site was the first person to use .33 and .66 keys back when keys were 3 refined and continues to do them currently: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/524224044cd7b880148b4569
