If we use the original prices (as polar bear pointed out we should,) smoking bubble pipe and tricorne are both actually 1.3 buds, so if anything that should be the low end. I'm not quite sure about the 2 bud high range either, because it is potentially an outlier. In any case, your suggested low end is a bit too high.
