Not sure, maybe it only drops during halloween kinda like the full moon kills only drops during full moon times.

L3: Denied offer of 2 Keys, higher offer in hats/miscs

L4: Seller asking for 5 keys, no offers

L5: Selling all parts as a set, no individual sales.

I agree with you on links 2 and 4, but link one has had success selling multiple above your listed price and link 3 shows that people are willing to pay higher than 2 keys. Link 5 just shows that people on Outpost can't read. This part definitely needs a raise but I feel somewhere around 2.5-3 might be more appropriate.

okay if you think 2.5-3 may be appropriate then it certainly shouldn't be 1.75 keys

riks put that think there to say one way or another it should go up thers not enough proof to support 3 keys yet but if you wait a week and find more proof YOU can make a suggestion for 2.5-3 keys and see if it works out. upvoted.
