it's useless during halloween too. "Ohh rainbows instead of flames when you cast a spell, let me pay 17 keys for that". The nice sparkles only appear in HUD, not game, making them useless

It's cosmetic, I wouldn't say useless. Heck, people pay through the nose for unusuals and robo-sandviches, if nothing else, when the event is over this will just be a hat, since it does have an in game model which that image doesn't show.

A hat for your ass, that you can wear with your pre-existing hats. Shame about the sparkles though. Sounds like a bug.

I have one, by the way. It's pretty neat.
