the real question here is: will this spells that were released again will last forever too?. because if not then there should be a distinction like creating a price for 2012 Spells (permanent) and 2013 spells (probably will NOW be removed)

Only time will tell my friend only time will tell. Until then all we can do is categorize them as one

well that's the problem, this is a HUGE drop to "old spells" btw I own 1 item with an old spell, the expiration date it's still at 2012 it haven't changed or anything so it's still "glitched".

If new spells when applied have an expiration of 2013, then there SHOULD be a separate price for 2013, since I bet there will be no LOOPHOLES in Valve rules now (because I believe spells were a Loophole in the rules not a "unfixable" gltich)

They will stay in the game forever. valve has promised they will not alter glitched items in any way.

But they rereleased them, so it wouldn't surprise me if they get removed after halloween.

It's way better than the current price and when they change in price so rapidly it's sometimes better to have a larger range than waiting for them to stabilize. I can see where you are coming from though. :)
