yeah...no. I bought both of these for 6 pure quicksell. I don't buy hats for full price in pure. The person who lowered the price last time also used comparing effects as part of his point saying it's stupid to have power surge above many of the others. I thought we went off of real sales here. Anyways, the first person i got one from: Satan (http://steamcommunity.com/id/NotEnoughSatan/) is cashing out and needs buds. The second i obtained from http://steamcommunity.com/id/otakuneverdie/ . He was quickselling to get a cloud 9 kabuto. In the past this hat has been sold to shadow #1 (http://steamcommunity.com/id/craft1/) for 11 pure (http://puu.sh/3pLdQ.jpg) and he resold it in a multi unusual deal (scorching sam + scorching charmers for it + roboactive charmers) which could be valuing the phantom at 15+, but i consider this an outlier.
