              well its the same idea as with the festives in 2012, everyone stocked up on them because of what happened with 2011 festives rising but everyone had the idea of stocking on 2012 festives and so they didn't rise as much as expected . So now this Halloween everyone will be wanting to stock up on spells and they won't rise as much as expected after Halloween
