The 1.3 buds offer rounds to about 21 keys, and you need to calculate overpay (the offer was 1 pure and 0.3 in items) which means even less than that, thus meaning it's in the range. And in the first link, where the heck are there offers of 23+ keys that is at most 2 days old? You don't have any valid evidence at all, downvoted.
Im really just saying the B/O's. Perssonally, as i also own the same hat. I have had pretty high offers latley, all around 22 and 26keys.
