Since the jefe is ~11 buds this would leave the cosa at ~6-6.5 buds.

Since that one sale is really high I would prefer a second sale in that range or offers that high to support your price. But I'm quite sure 9 buds is not gonna hopen, closing for insufficient evidence for your suggested price.
