but if you'r looking for an unusual with an similarly "avg" like the Connoisseur cap(http://backpack.tf/unusuals/394/Connoisseur%27s_Cap) with an "avg" of 4.6(0) buds and search for the electrostatic effect you will find it for 6.2 buds

and if you look for an bit lower "avg" like the Grenadier softcap (http://backpack.tf/unusuals/227/Grenadier%27s_Softcap) with an "avg" of 4.45 you will find the electrostatic effect for 3 buds.

so i thinke 3.52 buds is an fair price
