I will round up decimals. I'm inclined to believe the Bill's Hat trade was a desperate attempt to cash out.

That's a bit strange range for me, I'll wait ...B/Os at 3 means nothing, and the sold for 1.5 confuses me. Ok he's not an outlier, but maybe the v. bill was his dream hat.
