This could use a range. I don't see how it needs a flat range.

Nah. A Smoking Copper is 12 - 13. Take the mid range of it, 12.5 * 0.9 for Unusual Overpay rule. You should get 11.25 which rounds down to 11. So maybe it could be 11-12?
I don't usually go below the bottom unusual price.
Also the 12 key offer got rejected.
If it got rejected, why are you lowering the price? You can't lower the price of Unusuals based on offers.
First you suggest 11-12, now you disagree with a higher price...
It's also because there are two 12 key sales. There are no higher offers/sales.
