1 of 2 in the world (so far). Traded it 1:1 for my Secret toque, valued at 6.4 buds middle price. Doing 6.4 to 8 on the high end because he asked 8 buds for it in his OP trade.
Proof concerning the trade (it's in Dutch):

Kthx <3
i think the price might be abit high, although 7-7.5 would seem better. him having the B/o set at 8 doesnt make it a hat worth 8 buds :P. buying it for the toque on the other hand suggests a price closer to that :)
Having an 8 B/O doesn't prove your high end.
You need to calculate overpay, 2 sales, original values and B/O means nothing in this case
Anyways original values of Secret Toque are 4.2 - 5.3, making it ~4.3 after overpay, FAR FAR below your range, the price of Toque is also kinda outdated, 3 months old
So you have 1 sale which is 2.1 buds below low end and your high end is made up and only 1 sale, sorry but I have to downvote
Need overpay, overpay, overpay . . . . .
you need at least 2 sales
Thanks for the suggestion, but all suggestions for new hats require 2 sales to establish a range: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/3306-new-rule-regarding-unusual-suggestions-two-sales-rule/
If there aren't two sales, then you need to wait for a second sale.
As a side note, secret toque is no where near 6.4. I made the last suggestion for it at 4-5 and there have been lots of people selling it at 4-5 in the last few months including one seller who spent a month trying to sell it for 4.5. You need to use original suggested values and not listed values for unusuals or b/o's: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/4350-new-rule-use-original-suggested-values-of-unusuals/
