This Misc really needs to be bumped back up to where it was like before. This hat is pretty hard to get in terms of uncrating and crafting. I don't see why it is 2.33 refined and just got blasted down, it's rarity would more like be 4 refined. I was planning to sell mine for 4 ref, now i don't because it's 2.33 ref, it should be 3 refined ATLEAST with 2 reclaimed
