overpay is applied, also I accounted for the new rule using the original suggested price of the hat, not the inflated one.

I'm not sure how to evaluate gifted but since clean is 2.3-2.4 gifted will be ~2 buds?

please tell me what I did right, what I did wrong, what i should fix/ change and how I can fix stuff

Tip: when you cant find what they sold (many traders just add) you can search up their backpack history by putting their steam url into backpack.tf and looking at their backpack. There is a tab which says "backpack history" this allows you to search backpacks via dates and you can see when the item you're looking for disappeared (ie sold) and what was added to the bp (what it was sold for)

Note: This method accounts for everything the trader has sold via date so it might be slightly off at times :)

You'll notice that some suggestions would have a price and 2 links to bp history (the before and after trade) it's abit more easier when you organise the bp according to value, since you'll get the ones which are worth accounting for xD

do you know how to find their steam url? I'm usually pretty bright but I cant find it out XD

If you have their outpost go to their profile and there is a link going "steam profile" and thats it xD

The only reason I included it at all was because it wasn't an unusual and was just a promote. I was mainly using the b/o of 2 buds as my high end mark
