Sold for bubbling lid + 2 keys (16 keys with overpay)
I sold for smoking hard counter + 7 pure and I added a spell worth 1 ref (17 keys basically with overpay)
I bought it for a nuts attendant and he added 2 keys in sweets (which would value the hermes at like 16 to 17 keys)

So your evidence is kinda just thrown together and a little old. I also bought mine from osiris roughly 2 months ago for 21 keys.....
It isn't hard to sell at the current price as I had quite a lot of interest on pink taco although not many people sell them, and as a community member who has recently dealt with the hat it's a downvote from me.
I tried selling this hat with a buyout of 21 keys for 3 weeks with no luck. I'm guessing you got lucky.
you need to stay firm and within the range, the fact that you sold for so little does not represent the market. It's a quicksell on your part and i personally don't think the range should be changed at all, especially below the range it is at currently. If it were only a 0.1 bud off the max maybe, but that is still quite a few keys you are slicing off which is not necessary.
shouldn't drop a price based on offers
