I'd Like to put a first price on it. its low tier hat with a high tier effect so i think around
2.4 - 2.7 buds is a pretty fair price. I cannot provide proof other than similar prices to the high tier for this hat. there are only 2 in the world, i own one of them. This is my first unusual price suggestion... ADMINS: DONT CLOSE, DUE TO INSUFFECIENT PROOF!!! IF YOU DO TELL MY HOW I COULD MAKE A BETTER SUGGESTION!!!! You have no proof, and you know it.
Find some sales for this hat. How much did you buy it for, if you did? Read the guidelines (a quick google should yield you the results). Take screenshots. Snoop around for proof. Add suggesters so that they can help you make your suggestion.
You also need 2 sales. If there aren't 2 sales, then wait.

Unusual payments need to have overpay applied; hats are worth less than pure. Your purchase is closer to 2.2 than 2.4
