This situation would actually be fine in my book. The point of that rule was not to simply lower prices based on b/o's alone without any justification. But here there IS justification with that yellow belt offer.

The problem here is that the yellow belt is ~5 after overpay based on last suggested prices. So 5 flat would be fine. But 5-6.1 is definitely too high.

But it didn't sold for it. It could go for an unusual which is valued higher than the yellow belt... (although I think it probably won't).

Well, again, the point is that he would take 5 pure. Any offer >5 would be overpay in unusuals. So it shouldn't be valued more than 5.

The fact that he has been offered 5 after overpay also suggests that 5 is a fair value for it.

Current price is 8 months old and grossly high. A suggestion of 5 would have strong basis.

Yeah, it's more accurate than that high price of 6.2-7.4...

Current price is 4.8-5.7 buds. And I would prefer that outdate price over this.

and about those 5 buds b/o: year ago the price of this hat whould be 5 buds, why may you ask? Because buds were going down a lot, so that means the hat's price will go up (not directly)

That's just not true. Prices of most unusuals are going down with buds. So hat values seem to be about the same in buds even though buds are going down
