just saying, I too believed this way but the problem here is that when you apply a 2013 spell it says it will expire at 2012, just like the 2012 spells, the ones supposed to last forever so my prediction is that now the paint bottles will be the ones to actually expire, no more alt accounts and trade it by steam chat while the other guy has TF2 running, this to avoid people reselling the paints during the year
