I just find this item too hard to buy at a low price people normally accept around 2..66 to 3 ref so that's why I want it to go up.

You need more links than that.

there's no C/O at 2.66-3 ref in those trades.

The B/O's might be 4 ref. but you can't suggest a price when the B/O is higher then the actual backpack.tf price.

All have b/o-s of 2.33, 2.22 or even 2.11. Certainly not 3 or even 2.66.
