The blue dot in the price history right? I did not use the 'suggested value' ranges.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11373433 - highest offer in 5 months is 3 pure (made 2 weeks ago). Range is solid. And thanks for using suggested values and not listed values. Although please note that if the price of the hat is more than 6 months old, you shouldn't use it as proof.

i.e. GE private eye has a 9 months old price - we can't reliable claim that the price suggested 9 months ago is still accurate.
