Duped hats can't be used to lower prices, which immediately turns down your suggestion.

About the company man being an outlier, doesn't seem like an outlier to me. There is an open trade with B/O of 3 buds, and I didn't got any offers in the last 4 weeks, there is no demand for this hat. No demand = price goes down.
