i believe this was the only one put up on the market since a while, i can't find any others that actually sell and are not in a set.
so because it is not a very common item on the market i believe http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/4249-new-rule-for-all-non-unusual-suggestions this rule does not apply for this item, and 1 proof of just my screenshots should be doable.

Search for yourself. There are 0 for sale. Yes, a whopping ZERO. Not even the 2 people listed are selling theirs, they're just collectors.
