First - We don't take averages in this site. You need to take the average then multiply it by 0.9 to get the true value.

Second - Before you take Unusual Overpay, you need to find the average of the ORIGINAL VALUE.

Let's take the PE Spartan sale as an example.

Last Original Value was 3.5 - 4 so the average of that is 3.75 Buds.

Take 3.75 * 0.9 and you get the true value to use on this site which is 3.375. Round that up to 3.4.
