As you can see, there are new posts and some with more then months and still avaiable for sale, what means that current price went down.
There is no reason to be 2.7-2.8 when with a quick search you find lots for 2-2.5 avaiable for sale.
Yah need at least one sale to back up your proof. Then you should be good.
