The only issue I see here is on narrow ranges (9-9.5 for c9 bubble), you should use 0.9*middle since 9 is not much overpay.

I was thinking about price range here ( possible 8.5-9 ), but I have no proof on lower end( 0.9 x average price=pure price -not work if price higher then 2-3 buds .I think it is not true , if price range 9-9.5 and pure price ~8.325 !?. Price range implies that hat sold/bought in that range -we after all using pure prices.-->So if 9-9.5-price range then 8.325 in pure - nonsense.).

I also researched this hat : http://www.tf2outpost.com/item/440,1938410818 - here is the same is not enough prices (no price set ) to give the approximate cost .

So a better solutions- flat price now or -on the time to leave the hat without a price !

I will close it , I'll try to put a price on Cloud 9 Cloud Crasher ( 2 days ago I have not seen this hat http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15458838 ) , then I go back to Roboactive Gentleman's Ushanka .
