There are no other sales, and it's unlikely the hat will leave the collector's backpack anytime soon. It should be fine to price it based off of this sale for now, since there's nothing else to base it off of.

Unless the Hat of Cards isn't a "new" hat anymore and is exempt from having 2 sales, you need to follow the rule. I'm going to have to downvote.

the new hat is discussable though, for sure the hat of cards isnt a new hat as its been here for over a year, but it has not been unboxable for a long time.
so i wonder what the rule is about, for how long the hat itself exists or how long in unusual quality, i'd personally guess the latter.
"New" refers to "not yet priced" so the rule does apply.
All rules have their exceptions, but seeing as collectors tend to overpay, I don't think this suggestion warrants one.
