Well, there are 36 of them (not very rare) and nuts n' bolts is one of the ugliest effects of all. I think it should be 1 bud. Did you see? Another opinion. That's why opinions are not a valid proof when you're making a suggestion.

You need proof to make a suggestion. Otherwise, your suggestions will never be taken seriously, and your suggestion will be almost instantly removed. Just a heads-up in case you choose to make another price suggestion :)
