I sold it for approx 18.7 keys.
1 spooky key = 1.1 keys, 1.1 x 17 = 18.7
I can't find any other proof.
Two of them are not selled
I don't know why you're downvoting because of that, you're only required to have 2 sales on unpriced effects or hats
Sorry downvote
Why does this need a price increase if one seller is selling for 17 and the other 16? Both of those fall in the current range....
If you really think it should be raised then go buy those other ones, easy profit :P
Even your own trade you linked to in op had a b/o of 17x keys

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14907109 - has an offer of ~16 after overpay (bubbling robin + 1 in sweets); ended up trading both for a smoking waxy ~15 ish?
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14738108 - sold for a nuts pusher ~16 keys, was willing to take 14 it seems
That high end seems too high given all these willing sellers at 16-17. Sales also seem to be primarily at 15-17.
