Conclusion:

Not many sales. Not many on Outpost. Bud inflation changed the range from 4-4.3 buds to 5.8-6.2 buds. Da facq? Anyway.

Other guy didn't include the new rule with using last accepted price, so I added that in. His range is also created from thin air.
