Being a little conservative here.

Why do y'all think these are going up? People need more room for that nontradable halloween stuff?

People liquidating their items for keys and then realizing when you sell 20 items worth over 100+ keys in total, your backpack gets really cramped. A lot of people want to do as much unboxing as possible while Halloween is still going on. Also people hoarding Halloween spells and stashing them away on alt accounts need space on those alts.

Backpack expanders aren't going to go over 3-3.33 refined though because then you could start making instant profit using Steam Market and the Mann Co. Store.

Buy two backpack expanders for $1.98, sell them for 3.33 refined each, buy a key for 6.33 refined, sell the key in the market for $2 or more net and repeat. Then you'd have a couple cents profit and a reclaimed.
